These Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy (together the “Terms”) govern your use of https://www.themedspaplaybook.com and all related products, programs, and services (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”). The Site is owned and operated by The Med Spa Playbook™ (“I,” “me,” or “my”).

By using this Site, purchasing any products, or accessing any services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use this Site or its Services.

1. Privacy Policy

My Privacy Policy describes how I collect, use, and protect your information. By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be processed according to that policy.

2. Your Account

If you create an account or make a purchase, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your device. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

I do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not use this Site.

3. Services

The Med Spa Playbook™ provides educational content, templates, guides, and consulting services for med spa owners and entrepreneurs. All materials are intended for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.

You agree to use these Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

I may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its Services at any time without prior notice.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, Affirm, and Klarna, which operate under their own privacy and security policies. The Med Spa Playbook™ does not store your credit card or banking information.

Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Non-Disclosure Agreement Requirement

Because The Med Spa Playbook™ contains proprietary business systems, confidential operational documents, and intellectual property developed exclusively by Aleksandra Waibel, all purchasers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving access to Playbook materials.

The NDA is designed to protect both parties by ensuring that all templates, SOPs, training materials, and trade secrets provided through The Med Spa Playbook™ remain confidential and are used solely for your own business development.

Failure to execute or comply with the NDA may result in suspension of access to materials and support until the agreement is signed. Any unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution of Playbook content constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

6. Refunds & Business Success Disclaimer

All purchases made through The Med Spa Playbook™, including digital downloads, templates, SOPs, consulting sessions, or coaching programs, are final and non-refundable.

Due to the proprietary and digital nature of these materials, once access is granted or files are delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

While every effort has been made to provide accurate, actionable information, I make no guarantees of specific business outcomes, earnings, or success. Results depend on each individual’s effort, business model, market conditions, and execution.

By purchasing any product or service from The Med Spa Playbook™, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your results, decisions, and compliance with applicable business and legal regulations.

7. Access to Discounted Vendor Programs & MD Network (Add-On Service)
Access to discounted vendor programs and the affiliated MD network is not included in the base Med Spa Playbook package and is available solely as an optional add-on service for an additional fee. Eligibility for participation is subject to approval, compliance review, and execution of any required agreements. Vendor pricing, discounts, and network availability are not guaranteed and may vary based on location, regulatory requirements, and individual qualifications. Med Spa Playbook does not guarantee acceptance into any vendor program or MD network and reserves the right to modify or discontinue access at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, and templates — are the intellectual property of The Med Spa Playbook™ and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from this Site without express written permission. Purchases grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal business use only and do not transfer ownership rights.

9. Communications & SMS Policy

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from The Med Spa Playbook™. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply HELP for more information or STOP to unsubscribe.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. I am not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked sites.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Med Spa Playbook™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding this Site and its content.

I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this Site or any of its products or services — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, profits, or reputation.
