 I’m Aleksandra Waibel. For over 16 years in aesthetics - 14 + of those in the med spa industry - I’ve lived this business from the inside out. I founded a successful med spa franchise, grew it across the country, built national vendor relationships, trained franchisees, and served tens of thousands of clients.

I founded the first med spa franchise established in Illinois, setting a new standard for structure, scalability, and innovation in the aesthetics industry. Along the way, my work and leadership in aesthetics and franchising were recognized by some of the most respected names in the field. I’ve been featured in Forbes Magazine and Entrepreneur Magazine. My company earned an A+ accreditation from the Better Business Bureau for integrity, transparency, and customer care, and was consistently ranked among Chicago’s top-rated med spa franchises. 

But it wasn’t all smooth. I’ve made mistakes (some expensive ones) and learned firsthand what actually works, what’s a waste of money, and what truly drives growth in this industry.

That’s exactly why I created The Med Spa Playbook™ - real strategies, real systems, and no BS. I’m not another “med spa accelerator” or cold-calling marketing agency - and I’m definitely not going to ask if you can “handle 10 to 15 more patients this week...”
